Prior to meeting with a client, my suggestion is that we meet and discuss if this model can work for you.

And I think that's the most important thing to evaluate. Managing offshore staff, building relationships, guiding, coaching, mentoring, evaluating, offering feedback with offshore staff is is similar to how you would engage with somebody in your office in Australia, or wherever you might be.

But dissimilar in the methods and the less natural ways that you might do it. However, the same needs to be achieved. If you worked with somebody in an office in Sydney, and their office was next door, how do you operate?

Do you send them messages for tasks? Or you'd go and talk to them? You know, would you say good morning to them in the morning, or not? What's the way that you operate?

And will that work well, with offshore staffing? I know that our staff, love relationship, and love engaging in your business and belonging to your business.

And that's a model that I would endorse, you know, so meeting with them regularly, having video conferences with them more often than not, less often, just sending messages, engaging with them in relationship, building your business together with them.

Embedding them in your team, with your colleagues, sharing your experiences, personal and professional, building relationships.

When you do that, people engage with you better, people will be more willing to serve and work and to learn and to engage with you in towards the endeavours of your business.

So I think deciphering whether you can actually do that, whether you have the time for that, whether you have the willingness for that. And whether you have the natural attributes to, and the desire to build a relationship.

And, you know, embrace these people as a member of your team. Very similar to what you do, if they, I would suspect what you would do if they were in your office in Australia, except they're in our office.

So you know, that's a portion of the model. That's the clients, I believe, will only create success, and only bring the satisfactory results that you're seeking for your business.

And I also believe that nobody else could do that as good as you. Your methodology, your desires and aspirations for your business can only really be perfectly communicated by you.

And then drawing that person into that dream can only be achieved by you. So you know, we're operating a business where we're finding the right staff, and with the mix of capabilities, attributes and attitude, and qualities to work with you as a full time member of your team.

Not somebody that simply receives a task from avoid, through, you know, an email or a message through messenger or WhatsApp, but somebody that you can readily engage with on a daily basis, communicate with and build a working relationship with.
